As we approach Veteran’s Day, Saturday, November 11, we’d like to thank all who are serving and who have served our nation. The Veteran’s Day holiday dates to 1926, when Congress passed a resolution calling for Nov. 11 to be remembered annually, “with thanksgiving and prayer and exercises designed to perpetuate peace through good will and mutual understanding between nations.”
